‘We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday in Robe. Isla Tiempo Callie provided outstanding accommodation. CANCELLATIONS
(a) Cancellations with greater than 60 days notice prior to your arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
(b) Cancellations with less than 60 days notice prior to your arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
GENERAL
(a) A Booking may be cancelled due to terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, political instability or other external events making it unviable for us to uphold the Booking. Where your Booking has been varied or cancelled, we will use our best endeavours to provide an alternative that is substantially the same or as similar as practical to the original Booking, or voluntarily offer you a right to cancel or change a Booking via our booking system.

We allow small dogs, however they are strictly not allowed on beds or sofas. Please follow our wishes with your fur babies, if not followed a portion of your security bond will not be refunded.

Casa Bella and Calié properties sit side-by-side if you need to hire two houses. Both houses are the same configuration and both sleep eight people.
MAIN HOUSE: 1 x King with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, 1 x queen bed and 2 x king singles
STUDIO: 1 x queen bed with bathroom and kitchenette

SECURITY BOND All Bookings will be charged a refundable Security Bond of the amount of $1,000. The bond will be retained until an inventory and inspection has been completed at check-out, with the cost of repair or replacement of property to be deducted from your Security Bond. The remainder shall be refunded to you within 7 days. You remain responsible for, and will be charged for any damage, or cost of repair or replacement in excess of the Security Bond.
